Kind of crappy photos, but not half as crappy as the weekend
it took to get it looking like this!

We deliberated for weeks whether or not to paint over the timber, and ended up going for it. While preserving the 50s feel of the house is an enormous priority, we're also mindful of it's proximity to the beach and wanted to introduce a modern, beachy vibe. Or as I mentioned on Twitter the other day "70s surf shack is my new design mantra"!

Wowser...you guys are on fire...your getting so much done in such a small space of time...I love it so far..looks awesome..and agree with painting over the timber...in that space anyway. Good skills lovely ..keep up the awesome job x

(I probably would have left the panelling, and painted those cupboard doors white instead, but that's probably because I have been waiting on some panelling to be installed for 5 years). I'm sure you'll have it looking [even more!] superb in no time.
