RIP Notebook magazine

Yesterday afternoon, it was announced that Notebook magazine had folded, here in Australia. Last night, Editor, Caroline Roessler tweeted "Notebook: RIP I did love you :("

Such sad news, and for so for many, especially given that the past year or so has seen some of the stronger issues of the mag published (in my opinion). It was just starting to carve it's niche in the crafty, DIY market, but sadly, that's a small one. RIP Notebook, you will be missed by many.

  2. Wow, that is a massive bummer. I was going to get a subscription so I could still get my monthly dose of Notebook when we move to Singapore - now what am I going to do? :(

  3. That's really sad news - I feel for all the staff and contributors... I also loved seeing lots of talented illustrators getting commissions too :(

  6. This is a real shame. Although not a regular reader of the magazine, I probably read it more often than not, it's disappointing to see such a unique magazine in the Australian market disappear.

    Notebook will definitely be missed.
