I'm guessing anywhere you would go to buy house/wall paint would do the trick. Just ask the nice man for "a small tub of oil paint please" or "enamel paint please" (same thing). And don't forget to send me you AFTER shots so I can post them!
My name is Louise and I am (amongst other things) a Sydneysider, a Virgo, an Aesthete, a foodie, a fashionista, a frustrated interior decorator, a magazine addict, the wife of an architect and the mother of Jasper (7), Anoushka (4) and Audrey the Italian Greyhound. Oh, and prior to that? The Creative Director of Cosmopolitan, Cleo and Dolly magazine here in Australia.
This is such an amazing DIY! I NEED to do this!
ReplyDeleteI really like this idea. I've got to give it a try.
ReplyDeleteI'm always saving bottles because they have potential, but I never really knew what to do with them - this is great! Thanx!
ReplyDeleteWhere would I get the oil paint? At a craft store, or Home Depot? I love the idea, I'm just not a pro at DIY stuff yet. Thanks!!
